Established in 1994, ROM-ART has built a reputation for the speed and quality of our work, spread mainly by word-of-mouth recommendation from our extensive, and well satisfied, customer base. In April 2019, after 25 years in business, Robin Clarke made the decision to semi-retire and now only offers design & commercial print plus bulk copying services. We no longer repair or troubleshoot computer issues, or do small in-house runs of printing or copying. We also no longer work standard hours - only those necessary as current jobs dictate, so any visits to discuss job requirements will be by appointment only. Statement on GDPR - General Data Protection Regulation With reference to the new regulations which come into force on 25th May 2018 we would like to reassure all clients that ROM-ART does not and never has held a mailing list of client details. Any client details held are solely for the purposes of invoicing (generally name, postal & email addresses and contact numbers), a record of previous work done (comprising emails sent & received, our generated files, client notes, and client passwords (only held with client approval and only used to facilitate future support)) and finally to comply with required HMRC record keeping. This information has never been, and will never be, shared with, or sold to third parties and is kept securely.
